Things to keep in mind...

• Work can start as early as 8am. Please have units accessable by that time. Let us know if other arrangements will be needed.
• Call customer service desk for next day or emergency installations.
• Units should be inspected and be free of any pests prior to scheduled installation date.
• Let us know of any rot or potential rot in the floors when scheduling carpet or vinyl.
• Power must be on in the unit where work is performed. Installation tools require power to operate and flooring requires heat to be set properly.
